Emotional education in times of global crisis
Vol. 30 No. 1 (2024)Emotional education is essential in current times to help people tackle complex situations which, on many occasions, require innovative solutions. Educational agents, whether formal or non-formal, do not always feel that they are sufficiently prepared to educate in this setting. Thus, a priority must be to address socioemotional components in a systematic way when delivering training in the educational sphere. The present monograph, developed from a multidisciplinary standpoint, presents studies that serve to establish the conceptual basis and methodological tools that contribute towards emotional education and the promotion of personal wellbeing as a basic human right. Within the context of sustainable development goals (SDGs) and Horizon 2030, mental health takes on growing relevance, which opens the door to the promotion of projects that support the practice of quality emotional education. This is essential for times of crisis such as those inherent to current society.

It investigates the international reach of the academic fraud industry and reflects on the ethical impact of GAI in education, highlighting the need for clear and practical innovative pedagogical guidelines to guide both students and educators in this dynamic setting.

Education in Present Age
Vol. 29 No. 1 (2023)Contemporary society faces constant change and crisis in various aspects, generating uncertainty and transformations in social values. In the educational field, the lack of an accepted pedagogical model creates contradictions between declared objectives and practices. The XX International Congress of Educational Research focused on inclusive and quality education, serving as the basis for this special issue of the RELIEVE Journal. It emphasizes the need for a new educational approach focused on care, integral development, and the restoration of humanism in the curriculum. Educational improvement entails reflection on disciplines, systematic methodological reviews, and the development of more humane teaching roles to address social demands and provide an effective educational process.
