Abstract

The development of guidance in educational institutions is a priority for the teacher's work in its purpose of linking instruction with education, becoming a challenge of the current school that teachers are trained in the successful performance of this function, to discover or ratify the need to help their students taking as a starting point the attention to individual differences. The article is framed in the treatment of orientation from the school context in the individual and group, considering the needs and potentialities of the students that allows their integral formation. The research offers essential nuclei in the achievement of such aspiration and directs the attention of teachers to the bases of educational orientation, in relation to learning for life, which are essential in emotional education. In the study carried out, methods of the theoretical level are used, which allow the deepening and systematization of educational practices in other contexts, the purpose of this research is to reflect from the theoretical and methodological point of view on the attention to diversity for emotional education from the guiding role of the teacher.
