Ali Dabbagh, Gonbad Kavous University

Ali Dabbagh is an Assistant Professor of Applied Linguistics at Gonbad Kavous University, Iran. His research interest centers on language and culture, especially Cultural Linguistics and metacultural competence. He has published in national and international academic journals including International Journal of Applied Linguistics, The Language Learning Journal, Australian Journal of Linguistics, The Journal of Asia TEFL, Language Related Research, and International Journal of Language Studies. His recent chapter on Cultural Linguistics will appear in The Handbook of Cultural Linguistics.
