In the area of pedagogical training for university professors the new lectureship’s training is a sector which is increasily more and more important, all the time discovering its own space. In this paper, we show the specific programme of University Pedagogical Office of the University of Valencia: the Initial Course for Lectureship, whose coordinators are the authors at the present time.
Likewise, a proposal of an evaluation system is offered for this course, which aspires to achieve a deeper understanding of the programme and its development, and to summarize and offer standards for continual improvement.Downloads
