La résilience des chefs d'établissement : une revue systématique de la littérature

Résumé

La résilience est la capacité à faire face à des circonstances défavorables et à les surmonter afin de mûrir et de se développer. En raison des multiples stress auxquels ils sont soumis quotidiennement, les chefs d'établissement acquièrent des compétences en matière de résilience au niveau professionnel. Cet article présente une revue systématique de la littérature selon la méthode PRISMA sur la résilience des chefs d'établissement, basée sur l'analyse de 22 articles. Treize variables regroupées en sept dimensions ont été analysées. Les résultats montrent une prédominance des études réalisées à partir de la psychologie, de manière quantitative et au moyen de questionnaires. Les études réalisées dans la sphère formelle prédominent, surtout au niveau scolaire. Des variables d'influence positives, telles que l'humeur et l'existence de réseaux de soutien, et des variables d'influence négatives, telles que la frustration, l'anxiété, le stress et la tension, ont été identifiées. Des bonnes pratiques telles que des programmes et des pratiques qui favorisent la résilience chez les directeurs d'école par le coaching, la pleine conscience et le développement de compétences sociales, de capacités émotionnelles et de mécanismes d'adaptation ont également été signalées. Il est possible de conclure que la résilience managériale est un défi important qui gagne en importance dans la recherche internationale récente. Elle fournit des pistes pour la conception et le développement de futures recherches dans ce domaine.
