Abstract

This arti cle discuss the nature of MOOCs (Massive Online Open Courses) in the context of teacher education. It is proposed that new technology have big benefits for the solution to educational problems of workforce teacher in the world and the actualization of teachers in service. The article shows some disadvantages comparatively with the traditional process of education.
Moreover, the paper discuss mainly the dangerous in the possible utilization of MOOCs in the teacher education showing an alert to problems of regulation trough to market and too other difficulties facing to new kind of colonialism
