Sobre la relación entre las variables interpersonales de los profesores y la salud mental y la voluntad de comunicarse de los estudiantes

Esta investigación analizó la relación entre las variables interpersonales de los profesores y la voluntad de comunicarse y la salud mental de los estudiantes de inglés como lengua extranjera. La población estadística de la investigación fue de 301 estudiantes de diferentes grados y universidades. Para recoger los datos necesarios, los investigadores utilizaron cuestionarios estandarizados de salud mental, voluntad de comunicarse e interacción de los profesores. Los datos recogidos se analizaron mediante análisis estadísticos SEM para investigar la relación entre las variables. Los resultados mostraron que existía una relación positiva y significativa entre las variables interpersonales de los profesores y la voluntad de comunicarse y la salud mental de los estudiantes. Las variables interpersonales de los profesores predicen el 73% de los cambios en la voluntad de comunicarse de los estudiantes y el 63% de los cambios en la salud mental de los estudiantes. Los hallazgos de esta investigación pueden ser muy importantes para los planificadores de cursos de formación de profesores y los propios profesores.
