Abstract

In this research, we aim to describe aspects about the MTSK model as a support in the professional growth of the teacher educator. We address a case study consisting of a teacher educator of prospective elementary school teachers. Our source of information collection is through questionnaires. The main results of professional growth are presented in terms of personal, external, practice, and consequence domains. The use and strengthening of MTSK can foster professional growth in the teacher educator, enabling continuous and lasting learning, and bringing about sustained changes in improving the practice as a teacher educator.
