This paper summarizes the results obtained from the evaluation of Occupational Training Programs through which we checked the quality of service and the efficiency of the introduction of women into the labour market, as well as the need to promote quality Occupational Training specifically for women that will not only facilitate their introduction into the labour market by adapting their personal skills to its needs, but will also encourage personal and social improvement.Downloads
