Resumo

The political and cultural development of developing countries and especially to their rural contexts.
Since this approach, there is a study on the effectiveness of some educational policies carried out in the
last twenty years in El Salvador, EDUCO. These policy decisions in education have had a goal in the
protection, promotion and progressive realization of that right in the rural area and the new concept of
rurality. The concept of rurality we can not isolate the sense of Latin American Rural area, which, while
is still making sense of a lifestyle and is an essential territorial heritage. It is characterized by
marginalization, neglect of the rural culture, lack of opportunities.
