Résumé

This paper provides the reader with a study of issues concerning the organization of resources and secondary schools in the Region of Murcia, in terms of programs in response to diverse students at risk of social educational exclusion and, more specifically, we focus on the figure of the teacher as a key element in the design and implementation thereof. With this aim appears the opinion of 85 teachers of Higher Education Schools belonging to 18 centres distributed by the whole region, and some reflections about the most important results.
