Abstract
An "anthropological mutation" has been carried out by the pervasive presence of ICT and digital media in social and cultural processes. Multiculturalism in the globalized society demands a Pedagogy of multiliteracies and multimediality founded on 3 integrated paradigms of e-learning: transmissive-informationist, systemic-interactionist, socioconstructivist. The network is the leading metaphor not only for economical, political, social and cultural interdependence but also for knowledge building and transformation by means of education as well as a value for individuals, real life and professional communities.
