Abstract

This article is a research which analyses critically the theory of school curriculum defined from the flexibility and the opening feature. It pays attention to Spanish Educational System. First, the article revises the main theories that influence that School Curriculum. It shows his repercussion in the curriculum knowledge concept –social construction notion– and in the learning process –participative dialogue–. Second, the analysis focuses on semantics, epistemologies, ontological, anthropological aspects, and shows the educational consequences.
