Abstract

In this paper, a bibliographical study is presented on different research projects which have been published recently in congresses about education in Spain, specifically from the  proceedings of these congresses. In these proceedings, the type of sampling and samples used have been analysed, how they were chosen, the instruments used for the obtention of the information, and how the data was collected. The aim of this paper is to emphasize the importance of the selection of representative samples especially so that the results obtained have more relevance and repercussion in the development of educational knowledge
