Abstract

From a broad research framework, this paper’s objective is to reflect on different ways to develop E-learning evaluation plans for companies whose employees are in continuous training.  Two empirical studies are presented that provide substantive references for identifying the standards, indicators and variables that can be considered for this type of evaluation plan. The results of different kinds of analyses have resulted in a guideline of standards usable in an Evaluation Protocol, and an outline to facilitate the planning and development of these kinds of evaluations.
