This article proposes that when one wants to measure the level of student satisfaction with teaching the analysis must contemplate contextual components. Results suggest the necessity of implementing hierarchical linear models in the analysis as a methodological alternative to the traditional anova system. The former are more appropriate to work with the type of data structures studied, which include groupings in varied levels and hierarchies.Downloads
