The article presents the results of a research on the situation of continuous training in Spain. The study focus on analysing the situation of this area of training, identifying the opinions of the agents involved, and see the challenges that training has to face in the near future. The method used is the interviews to key agents of continuous training. The results show that, although during the last decade training has improved notoriously –both from a quantity and from a quality point of view- there is still a lot to do, specially in the case of small companies and of workers with a low training level.Downloads
