Abstract

This paper is an essay on the need to address the challenges faced by professional social intervention teams in the age of complexity. It invites us to move away from the positivist conception of a single reality and to recognise the subjective dimension that leads to the abandonment of the expert position. It also delves into the challenges of working teams and focuses on the dimension of conflict and its approach as an inherent factor in professional socio-therapeutic and socio-educational practice. Finally, it encourages the exploration of new ways of dealing with leadership and the organisation of work and teams in order to improve their efficiency and effectiveness, in which co-responsibility takes precedence.
