Resumo
This document supposes the setting in practice of the principles of complexity, reflection and construction when qualifying to the schools to approach the violence. It describes the advice work in two situations institutional different: (I) An initiative of the Administration in an institute of education second-creek; (II) it Demands social and school of a school of infantile and primary.
