Résumé

The basic educational reform in México begins in 1992. At that time, the mexican schools are lived in “permanent state of reform”. This involved successive curricular changes, introduction of new materials and technologies, of plans for improvement of school management, of teacher practices and educational integration. The reform programs follow traditional rules of diffusion and to implant. Until 2005, achievement formal propositions about the advice functions to schools. The advice to schools is an emergent process, according to controvert of thinking forms and perform the relation between Administration and schools. The adviser subject is in construction process, as your actuation forms are in tension. In this context, the training process of adviser subject is a critical element. That is the analysis object of this contribution.
