Review of guidance practice based on teachers’ voices

Resumen

This article analyzes how it sees the professorship the practice advises that it receives. It is important to know the perspective and meanings of the professorship on the support practice. The grammar of the change and the putting in scene of the improvement. For it she gathers the voice -traditionally forgotten- from the professorship. The advice, to the being a contextual practice, composed in a dialogue and controversial, has very much personal and cultural particular component. To enter the perception and experience of the processes of improvement and of support, it can be an important element of reflection and improvement. Only it comes near at the level of the world of the representations and the practical particular meanings from the statements of life and of learning. From this analysis and discursive reconstruction of the advice, it offers keys of comprehension and improvement of the practice advises.
