Abstract
It is presented a management model in internships of the degree of Pedagogy to overcome the disconnection between what students learn in the Faculty and what are the demands placed on schools / institutions / companies where they work. The technique used is “Quality Circles” and they draw on some tools as data collection, brainstorming, Ishikawa diagram and histograms for the analysis of problems related to collaborating centers and implementation of proposed solutions.
We have also created a wiki with a great range of good materials and internships. It allows teachers and students to read and edit the content. The union of this technique and technological tools has enabled the identification and analysis of situations, finding solutions to them while, at the same time, it has promoted reflection, creativity and action in the search for answers to
problems.
