Abstract
This article presents a part of the results obtained in the analyze of the Specific Professional Training through a study of cases in which the learners trained, company tutors and teachers are the informants for the training valuation.
The objective is to analyze the professional competences to the Specific Professional Training as well as the trainer functions, according to the perspective of the implied ones in views to formulate the proposals for the training of the professionals of the field analyzed. The conclusions contribute elements to the reflection and improvement of the training emphasizing aspects as professional competences, the trainer functions and the training at working centres.
