Resumen

This work is about the main conclusions obtained in the development of the investigation and the collaborative advice carried out during two academia courses in the Faculty of Accounting and Finances at the University Center of Sancti Spíritus, Cuba. The main objective was the design and implementation of a university tutorial program. The program that has been designed and implemented is, in itself, a novel experience which has introduced a proposal of change and innovation about the theme of educational guidance, an our investigation we focused on the collaborative advice process by means of which, this program has been developed. This experience allows us to explain the need of putting into practice some strategies so as to help the professors in the design and the implementation of innovation projects in order to improve the formation and the general attentions to the students. From this experience we would like to emphasize on the importance of a collective and institutional statement that support and give sense to the efforts for advice and preparing the professors. Otherwise the effects will always be limited and with few continuity.
