Resumen

This article analyses the innovation projects developed at Es Pont Primary School. Using a qualitative methodology based on case studies and non-participant observation, interviews and document analysis, this article reveals the main factors behind the dynamics of the constant innovation that has taken place at this school since it was founded, factors intertwined with the need to turn the school into a learning community “in which teachers and learn and students can teach”
