A proposal for legal regulation on professional activity of the art history in the field of historical heritage preservation

Abstract

The purpose of this article is to divulge the document we made from the Section of History of Art of the Ilustre Colegio Oficial de Doctores y Licenciados en Filosofía y Letras y en Ciencias de Granada, Jaén y Almería (SEPHA). That document tends to demand a legal and administrative regulation of the professional activity of the Art Historians in the field of the Preservation of the Historical Heritage before the Andalusian Administration of historical and cultural properties, that ends the thoughtlessness and lack of recognition of our discipline and the unacceptable professional intrusion.
