The institutional renewal processes, based in technological innovation, mediate teaching. The new learning situation demands organizational changes: A new education model; new roles for the educational agents; new procedures; and a broader vision for planning the educational process as a whole. Hence, the technological infrastructure left the privileged place as a change prompter, for becoming just in a tool to serve this new reality.Téléchargements
