Resumen

This article assumes that the School Advisory is a function that, under certain conditions, it is necessary and valuable for the reconstruction of both the "grammar school" and the "grammar of change." Based on several case studies of practical advice on emerging processes School Improvement, are renewed notes identity of the School Advisory and conditions of its practice to which presents itself as a "dramatic", an "act situation" and describes three components: the stage, the text and performances. The advice is presented as a life experience, democratic, collaborative, leading to the transformation of meaning school.
