Resumen

The changes in our society and the present, everyday and constant trends of the mass media make their unruly use of terminology, one of the main difficulties that we find when trying to build knowledge in Social Sciences and Education. To this effect, this article claims to reduce that misuse by presenting the most significant and typical traits which must be taken into account when we work with the concepts of conflict, communication and leadership. It will also treat how, for example, the class is a small organization -where always has been a leadership and where exists a type of communication, etc. But also how, independently of that concrete context, in the organizations has been, daily, conflicts and that the actual leadership must understand it and must be prepared for it. Really, those aspects will appear that interrelate to the three main concepts treated in the article.
