摘要

本文对聋人社群的社会文化身份进行了反思性分析。文中所采的分析范畴与我们的研究目标相一致：突出聋人社群身份的特殊性，这种特殊性体现在手语的使用上；强调将手语视为一种语言的必要性，它不仅是聋人社群的特征，还定义了这一群体的身份；深入思考唤起公众意识的必要性，以促进对聋人社群的包容和平等。为实现上述研究目标并更好地理解聋人文化身份的界定，本文采用了定性研究的方法。我们参考了了埃马纽埃尔·拉博里特（Emmanuelle Laborit）的自传性作品《海鸥的呼喊6》。这位天生失聪的作者在书中叙述了她最终实现聋人身份认同的艰辛历程。我们得出的结论是，通过这位作者的经历，我们得以对手语在定义聋人身份方面的重要性，以及聋人身份这一概念进行反思。本自传分析得出的另一结论是，我们有必要将手语视为一种语言，并将其作为聋人构建其身份的重要工具加以重视。
