Do poema-panfleto à Mail Art o sentido de vanguarda em João Maria Vilanova
Abstract
João Maria Vilanova, pseudónimo de João de Freitas (1933-2005), foi um autor marcante da literatura angolana de Novecentos que optou por ficar incógnito. Apesar de ser considerado apenas um poeta, existem vários contos e outros textos inéditos. Este contributo pretende mostrar um aspeto experimentalista da obra do autor, expresso pelo uso do correio como forma de arte, pela inserção de uma prosa inovadora.
João Maria Vilanova alias João de Freitas (1933-2005), was an outstanding author in Twentieth‑Century Angola, who choose to live totally incognito. Despite being considered just poet, he wrote several tales and different texts still unpublished. This paper aims to show an experimentalist aspect of his work, as he turned post into an art form, by inserting in it an innovative prose.
