Autofiction in Aprile: Theoretical Approach to Nanni Moretti’s Film

Resumen: Los estudios sobre autoficción han experimentado un notable crecimiento en los últimos treinta años. El objetivo de este trabajo es ahondar en el estudio de esta teoría en la película Aprile, del director Nanni Moretti. Para ello, se realizará un breve acercamiento previo necesario a lo escrito sobre esta tendencia, y se utilizará el modelo descrito por el francés Vincent Colonna para realizar el análisis de la autoficción en la película del creador italiano.

Abstract: Autofictions’s studies have experienced a remarkable growth in last thirty years. The purpose of this work is to delve into the study of this theory in Aprile, filmed by Nanni Moretti. To do this, a brief preliminary and necessary approach will be made to the writing of this trend, and it will be used the model described by Vincent Colonna to analyze the autofiction in the Italian creator’s film.
