This research aims to show from different approaches how it is currently being understood the establishment of the literary author from the pure act of creation instead from the fact of having a previous literary work. In order to do that, we choose the genre of the explicit poetics as a kind of text in which the literary author can control his image, to analyse how some characteristics of the genre have changed and give evidences of the previously mentioned fact.
