Abstract

The Investigative Labor Training discipline constitutes the central column in the training of competent professionals to offer comprehensive speech therapy to students with needs in communication and language, it is in charge of guiding the conception of work aimed at job training for the different academic years. research in correspondence with the objectives of the year, which is specified in the analytical programs of the subjects. Through the article, the main results obtained in the 2017-2018 to 2020-2021 cohort are socialized, at the "Félix Varela Morales" Headquarters of the "Marta Abreu" Central University of Las Villas, through the use of qualitative analysis of different documents that revealed significant achievements in motivation, professional; development of skills for the management of the comprehensive speech therapy process and development of research skills. It reaches general conclusions.
