Improving the practicum: a collaborative effort

Resumen

The Practicum carry persistent problems that we want to identify, both in their structure and in their supervision, after the implementation period in the last decade. For this, the different agents involved in the training action embark on the company of “Analyze the possibility of enriching and improving the practical training system itself” addressing two complementary tasks, one, reflecting on problems and issues considered key in the operation and Practicum organization; another, to detect needs and propose alternatives to the problems identified to proceed, finally, to “Redesign the own Practices system, according to the possible improvements derived from the analysis”.
