This paper presents the problem of circulation of books in Spain and Latin America: in the fifties and sixties many editorials published in Spanish with the idea of getting to all the readers of the language, but from the eighties each country, because of various economics reasons, is enclosed within its own cultural borders. Since then, the clocks of the two sides of the Atlantic do not keep time for different reasons, and the clearest one is that there are physical limitations of the market that makes impossible the dream of crossing the ocean.Downloads
