Abstract
Power acts and shows itself –among so many ways– in the urban configuration of the cities and its different uses. Our aim will be to examine how those tensions and relations with power are established in Giorgio Bassani’s Il Romanzo di Ferrara, determining its plots and characters in their psychology and in the way they use the city.
