Influencia de un vino y de una solución isoalcohólica sobre el valor biológico de la proteína
Abstract
Estudiamos en ratas por la técnica de MitcheJll modificada por Schiller, la influencia del vino y del alcohol etílico sobre el valor biológico de la proteína de una dieta sintética que tiene un 12 % de proteína de leche en polvo.
Tres lotes de ratas consumen la dieta problema y de los tres, el primero bebe agua, el segundo vino de Montilla y el tercero una solución isoalcohólica de igual graduación. Bebida y comida es consumida «ad libitum».
