Abstract
The plasma profiles of pancreatic polypeptide and peptide YY after the oral administration of two feeding solutions that only differed in the type of dietary fat were examined in humans. The results support the use
of liquid formulas containing olive oil as the source of fat in the nutritional therapy of several gastrointestinal diseases.
