Historical landscapes and teaching-learning of history. Conceptual aspects and a didactic proposal: La Serena and Comarca de los Montes (Extremadura) in the middle ages
Keywords:
Landscapes, Historical landscapes, History, teaching-learnning HistoryAbstract
Historical landscapes are excellent resources for the teaching-learning of History. Built from the dialectical relationship between natural environment and human groups, these spaces make up realities preserving the multiple traces of the past n the form of population settlements, housing structures and a humanized environment adapted to certain economic practices. The historical scenarios defining these landscapes make into instruments of exclusive didactic value in school environments. A didactic proposal is added, centered on the analysis of the historical landscapes of the regions of La Serena and Los Montes (Extremadura).
