Educating to the culture of peace with the school-work alternation: an innovative teaching method experience between school and university

The essay contains some features regarding a peace education project created by building a local partnership, coordinated by the Department of Education Sciences and Psychology of the University, which involved the UNESCO Centre, the Regional School Office of Tuscany, the Municipality of Florence, the International High School Machiavelli Capponi and the Prem Rawat Foundation. There will be therefore presented innovative teaching method elements, characterized above all by students’ active participation, which successfully constitute different target population, in the discovery of the culture of peace.
