Spatio-temporal point of view in Spanish-Ukrainian translation

Abstract

The article focuses on the analysis of point of view as a cognitive category of author style. We define different planesof this category in the narrative fiction and their respective linguistic markers. The empirical analysis is based on thetwo fragments of Borges’s and Cortazar’s short-stories where the translational shifts of the point of view are studied.
