The city of Paris was always a sacralized place by Julio Cortázar from his adolescence in Argentina. From when he was young he always felt attracted to its streets and cultural references. That effect was consolidated after his first trip to Paris in the decade of the fifties and even more since his settlement in the French city. The article deals with the areas of Paris that Julio Cortázar mythologized through his stories and novels, the spaces that are scenes in his literature.Downloads
