The student´s strike against the increase of the tuition fees at the University of Puerto Rico (2010) transformed the institution in a theme park. According to the sociologist Arturo Torrecilla, interviewed by the author, this event showed the University´s dark side: radicals students and professors, and a clumsy administration. In the meantime, the University´s role in the knowledge development has been called into question.Downloads
