Abstract

This paper takes under consideration sorne aspects of Iogos (=word=discourse) in Athenian democracy; the author analyses how ancient theater used the words like a second scenery on the basis of The Thrachiniae of Sophocles. Besides the author considers briefly sorne aspects of logos in the Platonic Dialogs and in ancient Rhetoric.
