Métrica y Estilística en las elegías ovidianas del destierro

Abstract

The article goes very briefly through some the style influence of the Ovidien Exile Elegies; (outstanding feature of this style is its particular poetry mainly highlited in two fundamental chapters: these elegies intention and its form as collection of letters) in the metrical field. These influences already mentioned should be summarized as follows:

-principal homodiny

-plenty of cases of rhyme between the end of the hexameter hemistichs and above all of the pentameter

-and last but non least, the wide-spread coincidence between metric and syntaxis, i.e., sentence and distich.
