Liquen Usnea densirostra como bioindicador de metales pesados. Determinación por ICP-AES acoplado con nebulizador ultrasónico

El liquen Usnea densirostra (Tayl.) fue transplantado durante el periodo de Diciembre 1997 - Noviembre 1998 en 20sitios de biomonitoreo en el microcentro de la ciudad de San Luis, Argentina. La concentracion de metales pesadosfue determinada en los liquenes usando Espectrometria de Atomizacion Atomica Electrotermica (ETAAS) y Espectrometriade Emision Atomica Acoplada Inductivamente a Plasma (ICP-AES), asociada con un sistema de nebilizacion ultrasonica.Los resultados indican que este liquen puede ser usado para determinar la deposición de contaminantes aereos, enambientes semiaridos.Downloads
