Abstract

It's been accomplished a qualy and quantytative study of the fat fraction of different comercial names of butters, margarines and minarines (cacao creams) by analytical techniques based in the chromatography in gas phase. The finality of such study is knowing the quality of cited fat aliments, as soon as the detection of possible frauds.
