Abstract
The mountain areas are, at the present time, due your isolated situation, places where are still using plants for curing human and animal diseases. In this work are related the developing of this areas with the explotation of ours natural resources, as crops or as picking. For this, and froro ours direct investigations in the Güéjar-Sierra town (Andalucía, Spain), are advocated for a interdisciplinary study for to obtain a developing of this potenciality.
