Abstract

A spectrophotometric method for determination of cupper has been realized in different canned goods. It show that sorne canned goods of vegetables and fruits contain levels of cupper up to 16,8 ppm. This determination of cupper is interesting in order to know the ascorbic acid destruction (oxidation) procedures with up to 3 ppm amount of cupper.
